We got to our hotel which is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. Ventured out to find tour mates and had a couple of margaritas. I must say....believe it or not....the margaritas in South Africa are the best I've ever had. Had dinner and it was good too. Talked to a South African couple who just got engaged tonight. Actually talked to a lot of people. haha Took mom back to the room 'cause she was ready for bed. Went out and hunted down some more tour mates for a night cap.
Tomorrow is the big Great White Shark excursion. Had a couple of husbands from the tour thinking about joining me. I don't think they will though. Oh well, they'll regret it. Actually EVERYONE from the tour talks about me going on this excursion. I guess they will live vicariously through me. Hope I live through it. haha Anyhow, I am having a great time. I feel very blessed to have this opportunity. If I don't make it back from the shark excursion, I hope they have lions in heaven 'cause that's my real goal in coming here to Africa......to see a beautiful male lion. haha

Holy shit, behold your future you lucky genetically blessed duck.....ya that woman looks like Kathy Bates but I wouldn't tell her that....but knowing you, The Good Ship Candid has sailed, haha.....I thought about you yesterday with the shark excursion, I can't wait. I hope it was everything you hoped for and more. I think that's so cool that you're famous among your group for being so adventurous and brave. You're such a cool dude :). ReplyDeleteHey Eva, I just organized my videos. There are 14 short ones. Most of the them have a shark siting in it. It was great but puttin' on a wet suit is a workout in itself. I have a DVD from the day so I'll show you when I get home. And you're right, I did already tell her she looks like Kathy Bates but I'm not the first one to say that to her. I have to hit the sack so I probably wont get today's blog done til tomorrow. Love you!
